Request for Financial Report

Project grantors may request the issuance of a project’s financial report from Accounting Office to provide information on the use of project funds and also for reversion of unused funds.

Request for Financial Report Procedure:

Step 1: Send request for financial report to the UP Open University Chief Accountant via email.

Step 2: Wait for the request approval and copy of financial report from Accounting Office.
