Academic Residences
The Academic Residences (AR) is intended to accommodate guests who are on official business related to UP systems activities or academic reasons. It is also designed to provide living quarters for UPOU employees interested in renting a room for a long-term lease. The AR is also open to accommodating community needs provided that the purpose for stay is on an official business connected to the institution nearby.
Reservations are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Rental of UPOU Facilities Procedure:
Individual Reservation:
- Booking should be made at least two days prior to the actual date of occupancy.
- Payment should be made upon checking in at the UPOU cash office
Group Reservation (at least 10 pax):
- Booking should be made at least two weeks prior to the actual date of occupancy.
- 20% Downpayment is required upon confirmed reservation.
- Cancellation of the group reservation should be made at least five days prior to the actual date of occupancy.
- The deposit will be forfeited once the booking is canceled beyond the five-day allowable period of cancellation.
- All group bookings are limited to two weeks’ stay only unless otherwise extended of which another set of the booking will be required.
