Human Resources Development Office
The UPOU Human Resources Development Office (HRDO) is the central personnel office of the University that gives unwavering assistance in order to attain to goal and vision of the University by providing competent personnel.
Develops and administer uniform and professional standards for recruitment, selection and placement for all university employees
Develops and implements, monitors and evaluates a comprehensive, balance and relevant career and personnel development programs designed to promote morale integrity, effectiveness, efficiency, economy, responsiveness and progressiveness in the University.
Deals with the examination, review and approval relative to the appointments, leaves, transfers, separation, resignation, retirements, reinstatements, and other personnel development programs in conformance with existing policies, rules, and regulations.
Advises the management on HR policy and administration including proper interpretation of Civil Service Laws and Rules, UPS Rules and Regulations
